Generative AI Architect We’re looking for a trailblazing Gen AI Architect to design and deploy next-gen autonomous systems that learn, reason, and make decisions at scale. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of cutting-edge research and enterprise-grade deployment — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. What You’ll Build & Lead AI System Architecture : Architect scalable, modular Gen AI platforms that power real-time intelligence across domains. Foundation Model Engineering : Fine-tune and optimize LLMs, transformers, and diffusion models for enterprise-grade performance. Data Strategy : Lead data sourcing, integration, and transformation pipelines to fuel high-quality model training. Model Lifecycle Management : Own the full lifecycle — training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Neural Network Design : Push the boundaries of NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems with custom deep learning architectures. Enterprise Integration : Embed Gen AI into core business platforms via APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deployments. Responsible AI : Champion ethical, transparent, and bias-aware AI practices across all solutions. Innovation & R&D : Stay ahead of the curve with continuous experimentation and adoption of emerging Gen AI frameworks. What You Bring Must-Have Skills Proven experience designing and deploying Gen AI systems using LLMs, transformers, and neural networks Expert-level Python; strong in R, Java, or C++ Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face, LangChain Cloud-native mindset: AWS, Azure, GCP + Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, model evaluation, and data engineering Strong communicator and collaborator across technical and business teams Bonus Points Experience with NVIDIA CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT, and GPU acceleration Familiarity with HPC workloads and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and global compliance standards Why HCLTech?
