**What will you be doing?**

Working with work-based learners and delivering apprenticeships, you'll provide the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You'll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed,managing your own admin along the way.

**What will you bring to the role?**

**As well as recent experience gained at Manager level in the health and fitness sector, you'll also have**:

- Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction
- Level 3 Certificate or Diploma in Personal Training
- Level 3 Nutrition
- Recent professional experience working as a General/Fitness Manager within the Health & Fitness sector
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)

**Any of the following would be an advantage but are not essential**:

- Any coaching qualification
- Group Circuits L2
- Group Static Indoor Cycling L2
- National Pool Lifeguard or equivalent
- Exercise to Music
- Managerial Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- Experience of working within WBL/education environment

- Join us with at least a level 3 teaching qualification and you'll start on £26,500. If you don't have a teaching qualification, you'll start on £25,500 rising to £26500 on completion of the Level 4 Assessor Coach apprenticeship. _
