Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their Hospitality team on a part-time, and permanent basis.

**Contract type**:_Part-time, Permanent _
- As Housekeeping Team Supervisor, _you will be responsible for _carrying out housekeeping duties throughout the hospital and ensuring our extremely high standards are maintained at all times.

**_Please note, the business is based at Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham but also encompasses Spire Abergele and Spire Chesney Court. _**

**Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- To supervise the day to day housekeeping duties
- To ensure all rooms are prepared and ready for immediate occupation following Policies and Procedure
- To maintain and develop a quality cleaning service with the emphasis on infection control training and attention to detail while adhering to full compliance with all relevant Spire Polices
- To manage and control laundry levels
- To manage goods received and stores where appropriate
- To supervise housekeeping Induction Training, keeping with hospital policy and procedures
- To organise the working rota to ensure cover at all times appropriate to workload
- To assist the company in meeting budgetary targets via the cost effective use of resources

**Who we're looking for**:

- Experience supervising a team within a similar environment
- Customer oriented; friendly and able to exude an approachable attitude towards patients and colleagues
- Knowledge of COSSH regulations and Infection Control is desired
- Awareness of infection control techniques and standards
- Awareness of health safety and hygiene
- Ability to use a range of cleaning equipment which will involve bending ,lifting and reaching
- Passion for customers
- Have a systematic and organised approach to work
- Team player
