The Opportunity

We are looking for retail ambassadors who can communicate passionately about the Baudoin and Lange brand and provide visitors of our second central physical UK location with an amazing try-on experience. This position will be based in our Kings Road, Chelsea store, near Sloane Square.

In order to be successful in this role you must be someone who has experience working in a luxury or high end retail environment or has a strong history involving customer service, dealing with a diverse and elevated clientele. Someone who is motivated to continuously improve personal performance, works well in a team setting, possesses elevated interpersonal skills and the curiosity to discover and enhance the customer in-store experience.

About You

As our Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Baudoin and Lange promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

- Previous experience in the fashion retail industry
- Dedicated to high levels of customer service
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Target driven, proactive, and positive attitude
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, with great attention to detail
