You help create memorable experiences, share our story with every customer, and support the team through delivering exceptional service and customer experience.

About the job

Our Sales Associates are iconic, approachable, and connected to our customers. They provide individualized experiences through authentic customer connections, offering expert styling advice and customer service. They build relationships naturally and embrace individuality and diversity.

What you'll do

  • Achieve and exceed goals by delivering exceptional experiences in-store and e-commerce.
  • Engage with clients to create a lifelong experience while capturing their customer profile.
  • Maintain product knowledge to optimize daily sales.
  • Drive results for the team in sales generation and exceptional customer focus through building genuine relationships.
  • Participate in open dialogue with team members.
  • Celebrate team progress and encourage others to exceed.
  • Work with the team to maintain a beautifully presented store through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
  • Comply with all point of sale policies and procedures and properly execute operational functions.
  • Monitor shipping, transfers, and special customer requests.
  • Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity, and a passion for the brand.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are

  • Retail sales experience preferred.
  • Passion for selling and building genuine relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication skills and an optimistic problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inspiring environment.
  • Flexibility to support non-selling activities as needed to meet business goals.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 18 kg as needed.
  • Acts with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.
