JustPhysio are recruiting for a Physiotherapist to join our clients team working remotely in an MSK position.

**Salary**: £30k-£40k per annum
Start: ASAP
Purpose of the role:
To work as an autonomous practitioner, within scope of practise, to deliver a range of quality services meeting the clinical and commercial needs of the business.
To deliver remote physiotherapy consultations (phone and video call) for our Corporate, Occupational Health and Healthcare Plan customers, providing support and information to enable individuals to self-manage their musculoskeletal condition and address anyunderlying issues where appropriate, or where necessary, facilitate onward referral to internal/external services.
To work as part of a multidisciplinary team, understanding the role of each profession and contributing effectively to a collaborative and integrated approach.
Principle objectives and responsibilities include the following, other objectives may be assigned: Key Responsibilities
- 1. To utilise musculoskeletal expertise and the biopsychosocial model to assess individual's needs, risk factors and identify any obstacles to recovery, including psychosocial factors.
2. To formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes/goals and ensure effective management, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
3. To effectively communicate to the individual, the multifactorial issues associated with the current episode of ill health/injury and how they can personally address the risk factors within their control.
4.To manage customer pathways, delivering the most appropriate outcomes, providing self-management techniques or onward referral, as appropriate.
5.To conduct all interventions and related actions in line with the professional standards of the appropriate professional body (HCPC), as well as healthcare-rm standards and policies, and where applicable, contract parameters.
6. To demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and maintain knowledge of integrated health risk management via regular CPD.
7. To take responsibility for recognition of any training needs or further development opportunities in discussion with your Line Manager.
8. Take accountability for any errors including DPA breaches via prompt reporting to your Line Manager or other Senior Manager.
9. To undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required by the business.
Skills, knowledge and expertise
- 1. A degree in Physiotherapy and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
2. Able to demonstrate knowledge of musculoskeletal specialist area, multidisciplinary assessment, and ability to maintain clinical competence required for the role.
3. Ability to use IT systems provided to track and record patient interactions and ability to use MS Office suite effectively.
4. Demonstrate confident telephone skills using effective listening and empathy with employees and stakeholders.
5. Ability to communicate effectively, using a range of skills with individuals
6. Ability to work collaboratively, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
7. Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately appraise the needs of the individual.
8. Ability to plan and control activities to meet objectives identified.
9. Ability to manage workload effectively to meet customer deadlines and service standards.
10. Ability to be able to work confidently with little supervision but at the same time be able to recognise when to seek help, support or clarification.
11. Able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and maintain knowledge of integrated health risk management via regular CPD.
Education and Experience
- 1. Degree level education or higher in Physiotherapy.
2. Experience in core clinical areas, with a specific interest and knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions.
3. Sound knowledge of evidence-based practice and rehabilitation options using clinical assessment, reasoning skills and knowledge of treatment skills.
