**Do you want to work flexible hours or are you looking for a few hours extra work a day?**
VIP Executive Travel is a transport company seeking Pupil Guides / Passenger Assistant to work throughout Solihull & Birmingham on a permanent basis.
You will be required to ensure that children with special needs are accompanied and escorted to and from school safely on the transport provided by us.
The needs of the children will cover a range of medical and behaviour conditions and as a pupil guide you will be responsible for their care, safety, and wellbeing during in / out the vehicle & journey.
As a Pupil Guide you will play a key role as you will be the individual who will liaise between parents, school and the travel assist team.
We are looking for individuals who are caring, patient, punctual and reliable and can work flexibly.
You will be required to work between the hours of 7.00am - 10.00am & 14.00 - 17.30.
**Pay rate is £10.00 P/H**

**Requirements**:
- Experience working or caring for children with special needs an advantage.
- Fluent english speaking.
- Live in Shirley, Solihull, Olton, Hall Green, Yardley Wood, Kings Heath, Moseley, Acocks Green, Tyseley & Sparkhill area’s.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be punctual & reliable.
- Enhanced DBS, registered onto the update service or be prepared to undergo a new check.
- Harness Training (This can be arranged).
- Safeguarding Training (This can be arranged).
Full training will be provided for individual’s interested & keen in taking up this position.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 190 days
Part-time hours: 10 - 15 per week
**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
