More detail about the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover) for a Frailty Advanced Practitioner (Community). This is a key role for the Community division of Royal Devon working on improving patient pathways for frail older people. We are keen to recruit an experienced clinician who is passionate about developing services and supporting our community workforce to continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of patient focused care for people living with frailty.

If you're starting out in the NHS, you'll start with 27 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays), rising to 33 days plus bank holidays.
