What you will do: Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute, chronic, and complex conditions. Perform advanced clinical procedures and physical examinations. Request and interpret diagnostic investigations such as blood tests, imaging, and ECGs. Formulate comprehensive management plans, including prescribing medications. Manage urgent and emergency situations, leading resuscitation efforts when necessary. Provide holistic care, considering mental and social health aspects. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and teams to ensure continuity of care. Lead and contribute to clinical governance activities like audits and quality improvement. Mentor junior staff and colleagues, facilitating professional development. Participate in service development to enhance healthcare delivery. Engage in continuous professional development and research projects. Deliver education and training sessions to healthcare staff.
