About Us
Biglight Ltd is an eCommerce customer experience agency. We work with leading retailers, helping them deepen customer engagement and drive sales.
Our business depends on a team of highly talented specialists who deliver excellent service to our clients. We aim to provide a remarkable career experience for our employees and we’re fortunate enough to work with some fantastic brands and most of our new business comes from recommendations.
We are now looking for an Associate Copywriter to join our team to add magic to the written word and produce outstanding copy every time.
The Role
As an Associate Copywriter, you’ll be one of the lynchpins of our Content Team, creating written pieces that engage audiences, delight readers and deliver online shopping experiences that are second to none.

Creating accurate, engaging and, where appropriate, exciting product descriptions, you’ll ensure legal requirements and client briefs are taken into account. You’ll take part in client meetings to provide ideas, take on board feedback and develop an understanding of the tone of voice, brand and requirements each client is looking for.
**Additionally, you will**:
- Look to improve ways of working where quality and volume standards are maintained
- Manage all deadlines, ensuring your work is always delivered on time
- Provide support across the team when training colleagues and freelancers

- Excellent attention to detail alongside the ability to work at speed
- Excellent organisational skills including organising own work and supporting more junior team members and freelancers as well as enabling team members to access shared files
- Eager to learn and able to take constructive criticism on board
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Private medical insurance
- Group personal pension scheme
- Access to Perkbox employee benefits platform
- Free eye tests for VDU use and contribution towards glasses for VDU use
- Regular business updates and company socials
- Opportunities for professional growth and career development
- 25 days’ annual leave
- Being part of a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment
- Working with a team of incredibly talented professional colleagues
This exciting role will see you utilising your skills and experience, building your writing career and helping us to advance our marketing agency offering as you do it.
