This role is full time. The role is complex and covers various aspects of Property Management, therefore the successful applicant must be versatile, organised and enthusiastic.

Tennens Properties Ltd are continuously striving to maintain high industry standards, therefore the applicant must be receptive to changes driven by the Management Team.

Main duties include:

- Meeting/greeting customers,
- Uploading and processing data on our internal software (Jupix) - full training will be provided,
- Uploading certificates,
- Assisting tenants and landlords with queries,
- Effectively cooperating with other members of the Property Management, Lettings and Accounts Department to ensure workload is effectively executed,
- Sharing the out of hours emergency phone (within reasons) on a rota 2 week on 2 week off basis (which is flexible) additional payment for this extra work.
- Overlooking individual maintenance jobs progression and keeping up to date landlords and tenants,
- To follow the Company’s record procedures at all times,

Liaising with contractors on landlord's behalf.
- A clean driving licence,
- references from past employment,
- Must have proof of Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
