One of my staff members is leaving, hence why I’ve put this job ad up. I’m looking for someone long-term, with talent, creativity, problem-solving skills, a passion for health/fitness, and dedication to hard work. **Minimum Requirement**: You must have a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification to be considered for this role.

Here's the primary stuff you'll be doing:

- **Helping Members Feel at Home**: This includes sitting at the front desk and answering membership inquiries, speaking with walk-ins, dealing with membership issues, signing up new members, calling prospects who applied for trial sessions, and going out for hand-to-hand leafleting daily. You’ll play a key role in making people feel welcome and setting them on the right path for their fitness journey.
- **Gym Upkeep**: It’s everyone’s job to make sure the gym stays a pleasant and welcoming space. You’ll help by tidying up the gym regularly, reminding members to keep it tidy, and ensuring basic gym etiquette is being followed. Light cleaning in the locker area and washrooms is part of the role. Don’t worry—you’re not expected to deep clean the toilets; we have a daily cleaner who handles that. But outside of those hours, it’s a team effort to maintain cleanliness, and I’ll be right there alongside you when needed.
- **Fitness Instructing**: This is an important part of the role but not the main focus. You won’t spend all day teaching classes or doing inductions. Instead, you’ll deliver excellent service to members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the club. Your role will be varied, and every day will bring new opportunities to make an impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
