HR Administrator - Full Time

Basic Salary - Up to £20,000 dependent on experience

Location - Walsall

Dignus Healthcare are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR department based at our Head Office in Walsall to provide a comprehensive and flexible HR administrative support service to enable the business to function effectively.

Role Details

Duties include:

- Respond to telephone calls and allocate these to staff as appropriate.
- To provide full administrative support for Employee Relations processes as needed.
- Provide full administrative support for recruitment processes as needed.
- Provide full administrative support for training processes as needed.
- Maintain the HR Database and any other Company IT Systems / internal recording spreadsheets ensuring that all data input is accurate and up to date with the latest information.
- Responsibility for the onboarding of staff including all pre employment checks.
- Respond to reference requests effectively and efficiently.

Essential Criteria
- Previous experience of working within an office setting as a HR Administrator or Administrator
- Experience of Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate with people effectively at all levels
- Ability to work flexibly with changing priorities and demands
- High attention to detail with a keen sense of priority whilst ensuring accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £20,000.00 per year
