**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations and ensure an efficient workflow.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organise files and maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide clerical support to team members as needed, ensuring all administrative functions are executed smoothly.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and project coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £24,420.00-£33,368.18 per year
