Join our team at Reayrt Ny Baie as a Social Care Worker Working in the care profession can at times be busy and challenging, however it is also a rewarding and satisfying role. To feel at the end of the working day that you have made a difference can be extremely fulfilling.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing care to vulnerable older people and attending to all aspects of their care needs
- Administering medication
- Completing electronic/paper assessments and care plans with residents
- Enabling the residents to take part in their favourite meaningful social events
- Escorting residents out into the community for appointments and/or social events
You will work with and support the Senior Care Worker and Duty Manager to drive forward the team’s initiatives and ideas.

A full, valid driving licence required for this role.
A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
