**About the role and our team**

Join our team as a Social Care Worker at Thie Meanagh within Manx Care

In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the needs of residents are met in a warm friendly and homely environment. This will include acting as a keyworker for named residents, undertaking assessments, drafting care plans, implementing care plans and reviewing care plans.

You will ensure that when the service is being delivered to individual residents, the service is discreet, respectful of resident’s rights, maintains dignity, encourages choice, maintains privacy and confidentiality at all times and works as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

This role is a high profile role and often the main point of contact for both residents and their relatives, and you must reflect an organisation which is caring, efficient and responsive, and one in which residents can have trust and confidence.
