**UK Sales Manager**

**Automotive Aftermarket**

- Ideal location - Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Coventry, Warwick, Leicester, Northampton, Stafford, Derby, Nottingham, Rugby, Stoke-on-Trent_
- OTE £80-90k, £60-70k Basic + Bonus (circa £20k) + Car + excellent benefits_

**The Role**:

- Build the UK Sales team, including interviewing and onboarding.
- **Manage** and oversee the internal and external UK Sales team.
- Provide **coaching** and **development** and monitor and evaluate sales performance.
- Set and track **sales targets** and **KPI's**.
- Coordinate **sales analysis**, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual **sales forecasts**.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features and products.
- Through data analysis and team observations identify methods to improve **sales performance** and effectiveness through better territory management and sales skills.
- Build an **open communication culture** within the team.
- A distinct advantage is an understanding of the **automotive aftermarket** industry and its key players along with market trends and competitor knowledge.
- An in-depth understanding of **sales processes** and philosophies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and **team management** skills.
- **Strong leadership skills** with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Hands-on experience of utilising sales automation software and Microsoft Excel.
