Fru Administrator

**First Response Unit Administrator (FRU) - Liverpool £18,135 (Rising to £19,300 1st May)**

DWF Law LLP is looking to recruit a First Response Unit Administrator to be based in our prestigious office in Liverpool. As a FRU administrator you will have full responsibility for opening all files received into the First Response Unit (FRU) in full compliancewith the internal and client SLA with full compliance with the processes in the Visualfiles system and full and accurate MI completion. To maintain professional standards in every element of the role from data quality to working in a professional manner witha strong work ethic.

**Main Duties**:
**Delivers technical and professional expertise**:

- To take part in all scheduled training, monthly team meetings and individual 1:1s.
- Supporting managers in preparing and delivering training to the team as and when required.
- Liaising closely with the FRU manager to identify any training requirements.
- Ensuring that t all cases are opened within the full requirements of the clients and internal SLAs.
- Data entry.
- Ensure that best practice is followed across all files in all areas.
