**The Role**

This role involves working closely with leaders in Professional Services (PS) to embed a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of our operations.

As well as working within SALC, the role will require significant cross-organisational working with senior academic and professional services colleagues across the, Faculty and wider University, delivering a high quality, student focused service and promoting a single team culture.
