Job Introduction
As Food Service** Assistant** for Sodexo at **Yarm Senior School, Yarm, Stockton On Tees, TS15 9EJ**, you will be contributing towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, ensuring we are offering the best service possible.

**What you do**:

- Assist with set up and service of hot and/or cold meals from steamtables and countertops.
- Clean and wash dishes, cutlery, and crockery in the dishwasher area.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining room areas, ensuring all surfaces are wiped down and sanitised.
- Replenish supplies of crockery and cutlery as needed throughout meal services.
- Conduct thorough cleaning tasks at the end of each day to prepare for the following day’s operations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all

- Ability to spend up to eight hours a day working while standing
