We have an exciting opening for four Pensions Administrators with HR/Pension Services.

As a Pensions Administrator you wil evaluate the data quality within the inbound PSP interface for members of the Royal Mail Collective Pension Plan to agreed service and quality standards and to work flexibly as part of a larger team across other service streams where required. You will review and provide resolution of interface exceptions and rejections under the rules of the Royal Mail Collective Pension Plan.

This is a great opportunity to develop within a company with further learning opportunities available within the Pensions/HR Services Team.

This is a Hybrid Working Role with travel to HR Services
- Sheffield when required.

**About the role**

You will Communicate member data entitlements and resolve member queries, both internally and externally

Ensure delivery of contractual annual events, such as Benefit Illustrations and Current Value Statements

You will deliver the product to agreed service and quality standards, in accordance with Plan rules and HRS service specification

You will play a full part in developing and delivering continuous improvement activities in accordance with our PASA Gold Standard and Continuous Improvement frameworks

Take responsibility for own personal and professional development and ensure that own technical knowledge remains up to date to enable continued delivery of an excellent service

Develop and maintain positive, effective and professional working relationships with customers, clients, stakeholders and Royal Mail colleagues, delivering consistently excellent value-added service

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and attributes;
- Educated to at least A level standard with strong English Language and Mathematics at GCSE level (grades C to A*)
- Possess or be willing to study for a professional pensions or payroll qualification via a Workplace Pensions Apprenticeship scheme
- Ideally have track record/demonstrable record as an experienced pensions or payroll practitioner with a broad understanding of pensions legislation, particularly DC, DB and Career Average schemes
- Proven experience of delivering a professional, customer focussed service
- Strong numeracy skills
- Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication skills
- A track record of working flexibly to ensure that customer requirements are delivered
- In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proven planning and organisational skills, including experience of delivering to demanding timescales
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Well-developed analytical and reporting skills
- To exhibit behaviours that exceeds our customer’s expectations
