Page Personnel have partnered with an industry leading organisation with an opportunity to join as a Recruitment Partner, taking a lead on recruiting for their sales and marketing roles.
This is an end to end role, covering the full cycle of recruitment and on-boarding. We are looking for passionate recruiters who can liaise with senior stakeholders within the business.

Page Personnel have partnered with an industry leading organisation with an opportunity to join as a Recruitment Partner, taking a lead on recruiting for their sales and marketing roles.
This is an end to end role, covering the full cycle of recruitment and on-boarding. We are looking for passionate recruiters who can liaise with senior stakeholders within the business.
**Description**
Duties will include:
- Maintain a great understanding of market rates, competitors and make use of new recruitment tools, groups and trends
- Manage a portfolio of internal stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and managing expectations
- Overcome any talent shortages by devising innovative and creative sourcing strategies and solutions
- Partner with 3rd party suppliers and manage relationships
- Regularly attend HR and Business meetings and attend conference calls with senior business leaders
- Attend industry related events and seminars
- Other duties as required
**Profile**
- Have relevant experience in a recruitment / talent acquisition role;
- Be a confident communicator;
- Have the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels;
- Have a good knowledge of recruitment tools, i.e. LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
- Experience recruiting for sales and/or marketing roles would be advantageous but not essential to apply.
**Job Offer**
The role is permanent, £35,000-£40,000, full-time, with an office in North Yorkshire (accessible from Leeds, Harrogate, York, Wetherby) but offering the flexibility to work from home predominantly if required, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 5%employer pension contribution, Vitality healthcare, medicash, PerkBox (retail discounts), 4x salary Life Assurance, and a number of other employee benefits.
