Housekeeping Room Attendant

**Job description**

We are looking for people to join our housekeeping team at the Holiday Inn, Ipswich road, Norwich, NR4 6EP

Approximate hours of work are 9am-2pm (this can vary depending on business)

Job to include weekend work. Please note we _can not_ offer Monday-Friday only.

Experience preferred but not essential.

Rate of pay is £10.70 per hour.

**What will you be doing?**

As a Room Attendant working within a busy hotel, you will be a key member of the hotel staff, you will be required to deliver housekeeping services such as cleaning bedrooms and supporting colleagues in the team with other departmental activities. In this job you would need to pay close attention to details. You would need to work alone and in a team.

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Supporting the head housekeeper and supervisors by delivering quality work and following all reasonable instructions;
- Cleaning guest accommodation and public areas;
- Keeping trolleys and stock rooms tidy and reporting stock shortages to your supervisor;
- Attending all team meetings and training as required;
**You must**:

- Be 18 or over
- Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team;
- Have a positive attitude towards your work, a friendly outlook and great communications skills;
- Have the ability to provide excellent customer service;
