Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust (CWPT) has a vacancy for an experienced Clinical Systems Trainer. We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised individual who will enjoy the challenge of this post.

**Previous experience within an NHS environment is desirable**: however, training will be given on the relevant clinical systems

The post holder will respond to organisational needs by designing and delivering high quality training in the use of IT, clinical and non-clinical systems to include the planning and deployment of courses, development of training manuals and resources and the delivery of training across the Trust in a one to one working environment, video conferencing or classroom setting.

By working alongside system managers, service leads and users you will identify effective changes within various healthcare settings to enhance clinical and non-clinical system functionality and identify the requirements for users, teams, clinics and services.

The post holder will work with other team members to maintain and update the configuration of systems to fulfil the clinical and business needs of the Trust through requirements management and user defined interfaces ensuring that the system performs to the needs of its service.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.

Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

Applicants must be educated to degree level or relevant experience within a similar role. Applicants will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and have the ability to analyse a wide variety of complex situations and/or information to make decisions within agreed guidelines

Applicants must have the ability to demonstrate effective leadership skills and have specialist knowledge of information systems such as PAS systems and clinical systems. Applicants must be able to work on own initiative without supervision with the ability to solve problems in an appropriate manner, have an analytical approach to problem solving and have excellent attention to detail.

Applications must have experience of using Microsoft office packages and working with business critical systems and have the ability to time manage and prioritise workload and work effectively as a team member.
