Good electrical Engineering background and elecrtical engineering experience
- Engineering qualifications
- HNC, NVQ level 4 or equivalent in Electro mechanical / electrical engineering or similar
- Knowledge and experience of introducting, driving, developing lean manufacturing processes and systems such as TPM, Kaizan within a manufacturing company and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide front line support to the production processes and documentation of a manufacturing plant, you must be able to deliver good production process within a world class company that prides itself on theirdelivery
- Experience and ability to diagnose complex electro-mechanical equipment from system down to component level.
- Good ability to read mechanical, circuit diagrams and wirng diagrams.
- Good experience of using test and diagnostic equipment

The electrical production engineer will be responsible for these main areas in this supporting role with documentation and processes;
- Developing and growing the testing function to improve efficiencies, reduce rework and better the product
- Producting all factory qualification documentation, understanding trends, analysing data and reporting at high level with opportunities for improvement.
- Being the point of contact and critical support of product test department and the first point of call for the test department and test technicians
- Supporting the NPI process, helping and supporting the fault finding and root cause analysis of faults using FQT (Factory Qualification test)
