Logistics Coordinator

In the Logistics Coordinator job, you will be:

- Arranging shipment of products and other equipment to remote staff, external consultants and staff
- Managing and supervising of status', ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Archiving logged products into the inventory and preparing approved samples for storage
- Organising and maintaining the archive room
- Collaborating with other teams regarding the project slides and samples
- Front of house, and administrative and reception support as required

In the Logistics Coordinator job, you will need:

- Strong administration experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Ability to work out of hours / on-call (rota basis)

You will be based from their offices in Conwy and in return you will be offered an hourly rate of £11.28 per hour plus benefits including free parking, refreshments, breakout rooms and shower room.
