We Do Group are exclusively working with a global design business in Surrey. Due to recent growth, our client is continuing to expand their commercial finance function and looking to hire an ambitious Commercial Finance Business Partner.

The Commercial Finance Business Partner would be someone who enjoys the strategic and forward thinking world of Finance. Connecting and engaging with various stakeholders across the business, mainly from non-finance teams, to drive performance, profitabilityand Finance knowledge.

**Role**:

- Be responsible for outgoing business partnering activities with various stakeholders from operations, supply chain, marketing and sales.
- Work closely with the wider business, supporting on multiple projects from an analytical, budgeting, forecasting and reporting perspective.
- Support the transparency and understanding of financial reporting outside Finance
- Take initiative for analysing trends and financial patterns and sharing conclusions.
- Leverage data and insight to continuously optimise performance, margin and drive commercial ambitions.
- Ad-hoc sales and margin insight
- Support with commercial performance, business case analysis and FP&A.

**Your Profile**

We are looking for an innovative people person who has a passion for commercial finance. There is so much variety and potential in this role so someone that wants to learn, grow and develop will suit this position.
