**About The Role**:
Due to expansion, a new role has been created within our IT Operations Department and we are recruiting an Operations Assistant to join us on this exciting journey and play a critical part in our ongoing success

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Administration tasks to support the day-to-day running of the IT department
- Manage & report on the department rota, such as time and attendance
- Report on HR processes across the department
- Support with employee performance reports
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding journey for all new Wren IT employees
- Manage the leaver interview process
- Coordinating IT events such as innovation days, guest speaker events, recruitment events & much more

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**About You**:
**Essential Skills and Knowledge**:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Excel
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong analytical thinking
- The ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels from across the business
- Experience in producing and maintaining performance related dashboards

**Desired Skills and Knowledge**:

- Experience in previous events coordination roles would be advantageous
- Knowledge of IT Development lifecycle
