**Job Description** Job Purpose**
To provide administration support to the Client Administration team who support Financial Planners and/ or Investment Managers and will also be responsible for front of house duties, acting as he first point of contact for our clients.
**Qualifications** Key Responsibilities**
- To support the Client Administration team in the delivery of administration activities ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for organising client review meetings and preparing meeting packs and required valuations.
- Responsible for post and other front office activities where required.
- To collaborate and share best practices with colleagues.
- Identify and report any risks, breaches, or errors through ensuring risks are logged through to mitigating actions and controls.
- Book client meetings, coordinating with financial planners to manage their schedules effectively.
- Manage meeting room bookings.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Excellent client service skills.
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
**Professional Qualifications and Education**
- Excellent standard of education Ideally degree qualified but not essential.
- A desire to further develop and to undertake relevant examinations.
**Additional Information**
Role is business attire, office based Monday - Friday
