**Role Overview**:

- **Pay Rate**: £89.74
- **Permanent or Contract**: Long Term Fixed

**Qualifications and Experience**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- **Minimum Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).**
- **Previous experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs is essential.**
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and best practices.

- Possess **patience and a gentle nature**, with a **gentle approach when dealing with children.**
- Be passionate about providing inclusive and tailored support to meet individual needs.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
