Year 2 Teacher – Full Time – January 2026 maternity cover Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from January2026 on a full-time basis. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 teacher to take full responsibility for a Year 3 class. You will be expected to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the wider school community. Responsibilities Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum Assess and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records Foster a positive and supportive learning environment Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers Contribute to staff meetings, planning sessions, and school events Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3 Strong classroom management and organisational skills A nurturing and inclusive approach to teaching A proactive and reflective attitude to professional development Benefits Competitive weekly pay via PAYE or umbrella options Access to CPD and training through Teaching Personnel A personal consultant to support you throughout your placement Opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive school environment Potential for a long-term or permanent position Hillingdon, West London – easily accessible via public transport and with onsite parking available.
