Operations Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are readily available.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Xero, and Excel.
- Design promotional posters using Poster my wall.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the operations team.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as required to enhance operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices is advantageous.
