Our Client is a well-established building company which specialises in electrical and mechanical services to commercial buildings. They are currently recruiting for a Construction Administrator to assist with daily tasks due to increased workload.

The ideal Administrator will have at least a years’ experience within the industry, have a positive attitude, a natural attitude to help others and a determination to see a job through. In return, the right administrator can expect a strong training planfrom an experienced individual, and an enjoyable, friendly office atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Producing and distributing invoices
- Health & Safety administration, involvement with audits
- Ensuring Health & Safety policy adhered to
- Updating training matrix / sub-contractor matrix
- Vehicle maintenance and scheduling
- Stock control of Engineer uniforms / office stationery & supplies
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Dealing with incoming calls/ Reception / outgoing post
- Full support to Office Manager / PA

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent organisational skills
- Good time-management and ability to prioritise workload
- Effective communicator / good telephone skills
- Proactive with good attention to detail.
- Team player / delivering results with deadlines
- Previous experience in all aspects of administration including paper management skills.
- Co-ordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Good Microsoft/Excel skills

**Position Remuneration**
- Salary £22,000 - £24,000 (Dependant on experience)
- Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
