**Unity Works** has an exciting opportunity available for a **Personal Assistant**based in**Kentish Town, London**. It’s a business with a mission at its heart - a social enterprise. **The Role** The Managing Director of Unity Works is seeking an experienced **Personal Assistant**who can plan and coordinate long term work, whilst simultaneously reorganising day-to-day priorities. This will involve process and project management as well as leading on the administration of policy reviews. - You will need to liaise with a range of people who have different levels of communication and needs. Act as a first point of contact internally and externally and manage diaries- Plan and arrange travel; - Coordinate all relevant briefings and papers- Take formal committee minutes, arrange meetings and conferences including preparing relevant communications. You will also be responsible for gathering, presenting, and reporting on a variety of information using; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
