Climate17 are pleased to be partnering with a leading renewable power generator who operate a major portfolio of landfill gas assets across the UK.
The role will involve working across a designated regional area and ensure the delivery of best practice HSQE in line with the overall company strategy.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing in depth knowledge and support to the North West Operations team and complete regular site visits to ensure HSQE compliance.
- Provide support to all departments and teams as required, e.g., guidance on method statements, safe systems of work etc.
- Respond and investigate accidents and incidents as required, following up to ensure effective close-out.
- Conduct audits, Fire Risk Assessments and ensure implementation of management systems to ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001 standards.
- Monitor and analyse HSQE performance data, acting in a timely fashion on identified trends.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date, reviewed and audited regularly.
- Ensuring you are qualified and trained for the tasks you undertake and that you comply with the Company's procedures, policies, and relevant legislation.

- Strong influencing, organisational and persuasion skills, whilst being able to achieve the correct balance between pragmatism and the steadfast maintenance of the highest standards of health and safety practice.
