We are currently recruiting for multiple Part Time and Full Time Customer Service Advisors to join us at our Wednesbury offices.

The role

We're recruiting right now for both full-time and part-time Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly and supportive team here at Dreams. You'll receive fantastic training, manage your own workload and get involved in our fun team events.

**Key responsibilities**:

- You'll take ownership of customers' concerns and resolve them in a professional, courteous and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
- You'll reach appropriate first-time resolutions, helping and advising customers in line with set procedures and company guidelines.
- Ensure all communications are professional, of the highest standard, and in line with our guidelines.

The person

**You will have**:

- An excellent telephone manner and verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite and be comfortable learning new systems etc.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain a professional, courteous and friendly manner at all times.
- Problem solving ability - be able to think quickly to resolve issues and demonstrate effective influencing skills.
- Ideally, you'll have proven customer-service experience gained within a fast-paced environment, although this is not essential as full training will be provided.
