A Social Media Manager is needed to join an established, family run luxury retail business who are nestled among the picturesque hills of Cheshire. With direct oversight of all social media initiatives, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their digital presence and advancing them towards household name recognition. From the humble beginnings of crafting products by hand out of a garage, this now established brand have evolved into a renowned name in the contemporary home decor and furniture space. With a design ethos of "less is more" they deliver mínimalist mirrors, modern decor, and elegant furniture that celebrates the elusive space where flowing form, seamless function, and unparalleled quality meet. Joining as their Social Media Manager expect to work at the forefront of the business planning, developing and executing high impact social media campaigns. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you'll have the autonomy to liaise closely with digital marketing and creative teams to craft and deliver a social media strategy that aligns closely with the brand's goals. From creating monthly reports and measuring ROI to collaborating with content teams and keeping on top of trends you'll champion all things social in the pursuit of excellence. **To qualify**: You should be an experienced Social Media Manager (or similar) with a CV that demonstrates - Solid Social Media Management experience (ideally from an agency environment); - Team leadership and management experience (you’ll have 2 direct reports); - E-Commerce Social Media experience; - A deep and broad awareness of social media channels; - A passion for your craft; - Examples of your work and successes. - Any experience gained within a retail environment is advantageous. _ Joining a unique business populated by over 30 dedicated individuals, creators and craftsman expect a friendly, fun and collaborative environment with plenty of opportunities to showcase their work and culture on social media.
