Social Media Marketing Lead

Delamere is recruiting a creative, self-motivated and organised Social Media Marketing Lead to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will create dynamic, eye-catching written and video-based content across its portfolio of brands, using strong writing skills and experience in video production to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and strategically grow Delamere's online community. This person will ensure that all messaging is consistent, data-driven, and aligned with business goals, helping to reach the right audiences across platforms. By combining creativity with analytics, the Social Media Marketing Lead will not only boost awareness but also deliver measurable results—turning followers into loyal customers and advocates for all brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Idea generation, planning and writing monthly content for all brands, plus image sourcing/ generation as required.
• Idea generation, planning and generating video content for all platforms across all brands, both office-based and on location. Editing of video work for a professional result.
• Scheduling of social content for all brands.
• Reacting to social trends as well as proactively planning monthly social content calendars.
• Instigating collaborations with relevant third-party brands.
• End to end management of micro and paid influencer activity.
• Community management including responding to social engagements and direct messages across all brands.
• Targeting, scheduling & monitoring of paid for activity across all brands.
• Organisation of monthly lead generation forms for all brands, including data management and prize administration.
• Management of results for all social activity across all brands, including monthly analysis and reporting for continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
· A degree or professional qualification in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of how social channels work for business.
· years' experience required.
· Strong creative writing and ideas generation skills.
· Demonstrable experience in video generation for social, with proven results.
· Experience in reporting on social media performance and data insights.
· Experience of Meta Business Suite/ Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, Linktree, Survey Monkey and Mailchimp, video generation/ editing software or equivalents.
· Great organizational skills, adept at prioritization and working at pace to key deadlines.
·
Holds a full, clean driving license.
Desirable skills:

Has
an understanding of the FMCG space.
· Is comfortable working with pets (dogs and cats).
· Keeps up to date with social media advances to maximise impact.
· Accesses tutorials & seminars to advance personal development.
