**Role: Children's Residential Care Worker**
**Salary**: **Up to £26,500.00 per annum, including annual sleep in allowance and dependant on experience plus welcome bonus of £200 - £300 and **another £200 - £300 once you pass your probation (minimum six months)**
**Hours: Full-time, Permanent **(40 hours per week - 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern)

Acorn Education and Care, are recruiting **Children's Residential Care Workers** to join our teams within the Shropshire area. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotionaland Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.
The home is based in the Wem region**, **and is within commutable distance from Nantwich, Whitchurch, Telford, Shrewsbury, Shifnal and surrounds

- **Salary**: **Up to £26,500.00 per annum, including annual sleep in allowance and dependant on experience**:
- ‘Journey to Management’ programme - starting with your **Level 4 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner **with the ability to continue on to your L5 Management qualification (all qualifications funded by us)
