**Summary**:
This varied business support role sits within the Defence Team at the UK Hydrographic Office and supports the Defence Manager (DM) and CSA SDA Acount Manager (CSAM) in the day to day management and delivery of the Customer Supplier Agreement we have with our Defence Customer.

**Job description**:

The post holder will undertake the following tasks:
- Assist in the management and continuous revision of the Defence SDA (a Multi-year Service Delivery Schedule), associated Cost Model and Customer /Supplier Agreement (CSA)
- Assist with the timely production of the Monthly Reports, Defence papers, Business Cases etc
- Assist with the co-ordination and hosting of Defence and SDA related visits, Functional Customer Group (FCG) Meetings, VTC’s, Conferences and travel
- Provide support to the CSAM and DM to progress the SDA Management improvement project
- Maintain the Defence Team SharePoint Site
- Investigate issues with monthly CATs time recording, SDA utilisation rates and advise Defence staff of corrective action
- Support the DM, IL5 Branch Security Officer (BSO) and Security and Resilience Team to monitor IL5 Security Compliance and good practice
**Responsibilities**:
The purpose of the post is to provide support to the management and delivery of Defence CSA-SDA, working for the Defence Manager (DM), CSA-SDA Account Manager (CSAM) and assisting the Defence Teams.
We are looking for a supportive team player who is able to work with a high level of accuracy, whilst also prioritising their work effectively (volume and pace will vary) to ensure customer and reporting requirements are met. Being able to communicate with internal and external customers and colleagues at all levels will be key to success in the role.
