- You’ll be confident on the phone. There will be lots of calls to make. From telephone research to arranging new business meetings for our clients.
- You will be intelligent and full of good ideas.
- Someone who enjoys engaging their brain and asking questions.
- Tough, eager to work hard and learn. We start at 9 am, but we're all here well before that. We like to get the job done. If you're a clock-watcher, this probably isn't for you.
- Solid and dependable. There's no room for passengers in a successful business. You'll need to pull your weight every day.
- You'll be working alongside talented Business Developers and will take part in training sessions, team meetings, and sometimes our meetings with clients.

If you're all the above things, then no experience is necessary, but we'll be picking the applicant that we think will do the best for our small, interesting, fast-growing company.
