**About The Role**

Frontier is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Operative with a valid SIA Licence to join our team at Woolshops Shopping Centre in Halifax. This is a permanent part-time position involving a blend of security, cleaning, and general maintenance responsibilities within a busy retail environment.

This role requires a high level of physical fitness due to regular patrolling and walking throughout the site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers, staff, and visitors
- Perform internal and external cleaning tasks
- Carry out basic maintenance and site upkeep duties
- Operate within the CCTV control room (if licensed)
- Ensure a safe and secure environment through active patrolling and monitoring
- Liaise professionally with Centre Management
- Manage front desk reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors
- Monitor access and egress, particularly in relation to car park operations
- Maintain awareness of Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance
- Write clear and accurate incident and shift reports
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding - Frontline)
- Valid First Aid qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good physical fitness and ability to work on foot for extended periods
- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Professional attitude and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and think proactively
- A fully checkable 5-year employment or education history

**Preferred**:

- SIA CCTV Licence
- Previous experience in customer service and/or security (minimum 1 year)
- Experience working within a shopping centre or similar public environment

- Shift pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off (Tuesday-Saturday)
