**In short**: Delivery Lead / Senior Project Manager required to join a bank's Corporate Device Control team in planning their IT Risk-related activities.

Ideally, you will come from an IT PM background and have worked in a risk environment. When I say 'Risk', I mean, risk to the bank; not risk to the delivery. You will support the following teams; Engineering, Product Management and Service Delivery.

**In full**:
The Risk, Process and Controls team is a horizontal team that works across all Productivity and Mobile technologies to drive Policy and Standards, support day to day Risk Management and support the vision and roadmaps of the Product Management and Technologyleads.

The role is to provide support for Risk Action plans to ensure on time delivery and risk remediation within the Productivity and Mobile streams. The role will be working with our Risk Leads, AIT managers, Service, Product and Engineering; along with partnersin GIS, Compliance, Core Risk and Operations teams to ensure development and remediation of risks within the Banks risk framework.
- Work with Risk lead and Risk champions to develop the Risk submission and associated action plans
- Track action plans to ensure targets dates are achieved
- Ensure evidence is correct and submitted in support of action plans
- Present action plan status reported for management review
- Timely escalation of action plan problems and gaps
- Change control for any changes required to support the action plans and associated deliverables
- SPI/POP intake process and development of processes with Process owners

**Day to day activities**
- Co-ordination and project management of Risk mitigation action plans
- Identification and collection of evidence to support Risks mitigation
- Scheduling of meetings to support actions plans and Risk mitigation plans
- Development of Processes and metrics (SPI/POP) with Productivity and Mobile teams to support Risk and Controls
- Escalation and management of Go-to-green plans
- Support in risk assessment and development
- Management status reports
- Creating and supporting Governance routines as part of the Action plan deliverables

**Strong Knowledge**
- Extensive project management experience within technical environment
- Experience of working with a range of technical and/or risk teams
- Matrix management of global teams
- Presenting and Influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation creation and delivery
- Ability to produce and maintain high quality plans, action logs, risk trackers, etc.
- Good understanding of Risk frameworks

**Nice to have**
- Experience in Agile delivery (SCRUM), backlog creation and iterative delivery
- Strong analytical skills and use of tools (excel) to report and track vulnerabilities and impact
- Process definition and optimisation based on Risk requirements
- Up to date with the latest bank policies, standards and security baselines
- Working knowledge of IT risks and ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce controls to manage and mitigate identified risks
