**Responsibilities**:As a dedicated Teaching Assistant in our Reception class, you will play a crucial role in providing one-to-one support to a delightful child who is transitioning from nursery to reception. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Individualised Support**: Offer personalised assistance to the child, helping them navigate the challenges of transitioning to the reception class.
- **Behavioural Support**: Address and manage the child's frustration and behavioural concerns, fostering a positive learning environment.
- **Assist with Transition Activities**: Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and implement activities that ease the child's transition and enhance their learning experience.
