We are currently looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join our team. Whilst based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, this role will cover 5 UK sites and will require some travel.

This is a permanent, full time role Monday to Friday with a salary of £35,000.

**Function**:** Main purpose of job**
- You will support the Purchasing and Facilities Manager delivering a flexible, varied, and robust service within the facilities team across all sites. You will assist the Purchasing and Facilities Manager with day to day activities ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, following company Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH+Q) policies and procedures.

**Key Tasks**:

- Working closely with the facilities team to ensure the UK sites are fully operational with all equipment and utilities functioning properly.
- Monitoring essential services such as planned maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, waste disposal and recycling, checking with maintenance technician that planned work has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.
- Supporting Facilities Coordinator, assessing reports after the work of contractors to ensure completion.
- Working with Maintenance Technicians to Coordinate and track minor site repair works.
- Ensuring statutory testing and weekly inspection of equipment is undertaken by maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with contractors, suppliers, clients, and site managers.
- Maintaining the Facilities Management systems (Topdesk)
- Responding appropriately to urgent issues as they arise and communicating with the Purchasing and Facilities Manager.
- Ensuring all facilities concerns are escalated to the appropriate person in a timely way (Coordinator/Maintenance) and Purchasing and Facilities Manager is kept fully informed of progress until closure.
- Supporting ordering of supplies with projects across all sites.

**Profile**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within Facilities Management
- At least 2 years’ experience of supplier / sub-contractor management with performance monitoring
- Previous involvement with internal projects and strategic business growth
- Awareness of current compliance legislation
- Able to readily adapt and respond quickly to challenging situations and the changing needs of the business
- Ability to self-motivate and inspire confidence and commitment in others
- Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills
- Take responsibility with a practical, flexible, and innovative approach to work
- PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy of work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
