Creation and maintenance of multiple levels of static data within Macquarie Systems including customer accounts, exchange contracts and fee/commission static;
- Delivery of projects related to business as usual activities and business process innovation.
- An inquisitive mindset and ability to problem solve.
- Experience with process improvements and activities to identify, explore and solve root cause process issues.
- Maintain attention to detail when under time pressure.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple work streams.
- Strong communication, presentation and written skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to perform UAT testing (build test pack, perform tests and feedback findings).
- Experience in clearing and operational processes of multiple European Financials, Commodities, Energy and Equities markets. (Eurex, ICE Europe, Nasdaq OMX Commodities, LME, EEX/ECC).
- Understanding of ETD markets and product lifecycle.
- An understanding of Open Interest and Regulatory Reporting processes relating to EU Exchanges and Regulators.
- Experience creating technical requirements and assembly of Business Requirement Documents.
