Our client who specialises in the automotive industry has enlisted FRS to support with the recruitment of a Credit Controller to join their team based in Rushden on a full time basis.
This role is responsible for managing the credit control function, assist with various excel based analysis and provide cover for the Accounts Assistant. This is a permanent position and would suit someone who is proactive, confident and has very good excelskills.

Key Duties:

- Manage approx. 200 B2B debtor accounts
- Direct debit processing
- Allocating payments and resolving queries
- Providing monthly statements, DD notice and copy invoices to customers
- Credit Limit and credit insurance management
- Reporting - monthly and quarterly Aged Debt and Credit Limit reporting
- To perform credit checks for existing and new customers
- Review and release orders over credit limit in accordance with company policy
- Attend credit circle meetings and produce summary report of discussions at the meeting
- Maintain customer master file
- Other ad hoc analysis as required
- Any other duties as required, including cover for the Accounts Assistant and Accounts Administrator
- Very good excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
- Have strong organisational skills
- SAP and Microsoft office
- Customer focused and team player
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Experience of Journal posting and month end procedures

In return my client can offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum along with benefits.
