**IT Infrastructure Engineer**

FPSG are proudly working in partnership with a global software company that specialise within both public and private sector solutions.

Due to growth of the business, we are looking to add an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to the team.

This is a hybrid opportunity with at least 1 day per week required in the Glasgow office, adhoc visits to others sites may be required.

You will take full ownership of all system support to colleagues working onsite and remote. In addition to this, you will be tasked with Network and Infrastructure administration, maintenance and support.

**Please note**: Due to the nature of the business and current projects, a security check will be required. As part of the vetting process will be required to either have, or be able to obtain BPSS on offer of position and have full rights towork in the UK.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to support colleagues with day to day IT related issues / queries (hardware & software).
- Great team player that has worked on technical projects.
- Strategic planner that can implement new plans.
- Working experience with Windows Operating Systems.
- Exposure and understanding of Linux and Mac OS.
- Current working experience with network and infrastructure configuration.
- Working knowledge of virtual technology administration.
- Administration of Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
- Recent exposure to AWS DNS.
- Experience with VMWare, Hyber V, Active Directory and Storage.
- Administration of VLAN Cisco.
- Onprem and Cloud support.
- SC Clearance.

- Technically minded with a passion of IT.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Approachable and calm under pressure.
- Keen troubleshooter than can us initiative.
- Hands on and confident with provide onprem and remote support.
- Hold relevant IT certifications.
- SC Clearance.
