Hotel Receptionist

We are looking to appoint a flexible, highly motivated, friendly individual with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service and an eye for detail. You will be part of a demanding department in achieving a high standard of customer care within our busy and vibrant hotel.
**The successful Receptionist will;**
- Set an exemplary first impression
- Have good IT skills and good telephone manner.
- Assist guests from the time of booking through to departure.
- Good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest, providing a personalised and courteous service.
- Perform all administrative tasks and communicate with the appropriate departments prior to guest arrival ensuring an efficient flow of service.
- Efficiently deal with hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts upon checkout.
- Account for money handling.
**Job Essential Attributes**
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- Excellent high standard of customer service skills
- Excellent Team player
- Good people skills in verbal and written communications
- Good time management
**Desirable Attributes**:
- Previous use of Hotel Booking and Front Office systems
- Previous hotel experience as a receptionist but not essential.
- Previous experience working within a Customer service environment
up to 40 Hours a weeks shift pattern are any five days out of seven, including weekends and bank holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £9.00-£10.59 per hour
