This company has been created from the our sister company, Paws Indoors Southend. They have been running events for the last few years with regular Wednesday evening meets & weekend breed specific events.

We have decided to break away Paws Indoors & create a new entity ready for someone to take over. We have 2 other daycares in Essex & will look to expand events to their locations too.

**How it will work.**

We would like you to hire your own team & evolve the event's to not just our premises. You will need to liaise with the centre managers about suitable days or weekends to have events. Plus put into place and special requirements such as clearance of equipment etc.

**Job Role.**
- Plan all event details with attention to financial and time constraints
- Find suitable vendors to attend events
- Manage all event operations, including preparing venue, on-site set up, ensuring the best experience for
participants at the event from entry to exit, on-site breakdown and cleanup
- Oversee every aspect of on-site event and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports to the directors
- Knowledge of event planning, management and people management
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dogs and their behavior

**What we want from you**:

- Firstly organisation & great communication skills is essential
- An interest in people & the dog community in Essex
- Have a dog yourself & understand what its like to own a dog
- The ability to have out the box thinking
- Curate relationships with local venues & businesses
- A vision for what the company could be & how it can be a part of the community
- Ideally you would hold a minimum level 2 in Animal Management or equivalent
- Have great management skills
